Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange/return policy from the date the item was delivered to you. This doesn't include tech items such as watches, FORM goggles, headphones, heart rate monitors, recovery boots etc unless they are unopened in their original packaging.

Gift Items: If you're gifting someone, you can contact us and request an extended return period at the time of purchase.

Australian Returns:

  1. Contact us to request a return or exchange. Please mention why you'd like to return or exchange the item.
  2. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition, with tags attached. If you're unsure you can send us a photo to confirm that it's in sellable condition but the final decision is made when we receive the item back.
  3. We'll send you a payment link for the return shipping label (flat AU$10, Australia-wide only).
  4. Once you've paid the invoice, we'll send you the return label.
  5. Ship the item back to us.
  6. After we receive the item and confirm it's in sellable condition, we'll issue a refund or store credit.
  7. If you opt for an exchange, please reorder the correct item via our website. If you decide to reorder the correct item, we can print the physical return label and include it in the box with your new order—this way, you don't have to print the return label yourself. Please inform us if you want this option.
  8. If you're nearby, you can visit our warehouse to exchange the item directly, saving on shipping costs, but you need to contact us before coming in.

NZ & Other International Returns:

  1. Contact us to request a return or exchange. Please mention why you'd like to return or exchange the item.
  2. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition, with tags attached. If you're unsure you can send us a photo to confirm that it's in sellable condition but the final decision is made when we receive the item back.
  3. Box the item properly and securely, adding your order number or packing slip inside the box.
  4. Take it to your local post office and send it back to us at this address:

  5. Send us the tracking details so we know it's coming back to us.
  6. After we receive the item and confirm it's in sellable condition, we'll issue a refund or store credit.
  7. Please note that we won't be liable for lost in transit return parcels.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

  1. CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, and will notify you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has already been debited, the full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

    1. CANCELLATION BY YOU

You may cancel your Order up to the time that we confirm your Order in writing to you. Once we confirm your Order, your Order is binding and cannot be changed by you. However, our refunds and exchanges process in clause 6.3 may apply.

    1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
        1. Returns and exchanges of Products will only be accepted if you comply with the provisions of this clause 6.3:
          1. a Product you have ordered was not received by you solely due to failure by us;
          2. a Product provided to you was not substantially the same as the Product you ordered as displayed on our Website (subject to reasonable variation as a result of screen display, colour and brightness, and image quality);
          3. a Product is faulty, in accordance with clause 6.3(b); or
          4. a Product is returned in accordance with clause 6.3(c).
        2. (Faulty products) The following process applies to any Product you believe to be faulty.
          1. If you believe your Product is faulty, please contact us using the details provided on our Website with a full description of the fault (including images) within 14 days of receiving your Product.
          2. If we determine that your Product may be faulty, we will request that you send the Product back to us for further inspection, including any accessories, manuals, documentation or registration shipped with the Product. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a Product faulty.
          3. If we determine in our reasonable opinion that the Product is not faulty, or is faulty due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, we will refuse your return and send the Product back to you at your cost.
          4. If we determine that the Product is faulty, you will be credited the full amount paid (including shipping costs) and you may request a replacement or refund. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment unless you request otherwise and we approve this request.
          5. If you fail to comply with the provisions of this clause 6 in respect of a faulty Product, we may, in our absolute discretion, issue only a partial refund or no refund in respect of the faulty Product.
          6. Nothing in this clause 6 is intended to limit or otherwise affect the operation of any manufacturers’ warranties which you may be entitled to or any of your rights which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
        3. (Change of Mind) The following process applies to any Product you would like to return a Product due to change of mind.
          1. If you have ordered a Product that you would like to exchange for a different Product or return for a refund due to change of mind, please contact us using the details provided on our Website with your request (including images of the Product, whether you would like a refund or exchange and if applicable, the Product you would like instead) within 30 days of receiving your Product.
          2. We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds of products due to  change or mind where we determine (at our discretion): the Product is in its original condition, the Product has not been consumed, used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered, the Product is in its original undamaged packaging with all tags and seals still intact and the Product is not a sale item, custom-made item or a gift voucher.
          3. If we determine on inspection of a returned Product that the Product is not in a condition consistent with clause 6(c)(ii), we will refuse your return and send the Product back to you at your cost.
          4. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the cost of delivery and re-delivery for change of mind returns and exchanges. If you fail to pick up your parcel on time from the local post office and your parcel is returned to us as "Returned to sender" and you request a refund, we will deduct a flat $10 return shipping cost and the original shipping fee from the refund. For re-shipping we require a flat $10 fee as well.
