What are your warehouse pickup policies?Updated a month ago

For order pickups from our warehouse, we kindly require that customers first place their order online. After receiving a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you can then collect it from our warehouse. Our warehouse address and opening hours are specified in the pickup notification email and also below. Please wait for the confirmation email before attempting to pick up your order to ensure that your items have been prepared and are ready for collection.

Please note: We are not a shop - unfortunately for safety reasons we can't take you to the warehouse to look around. If you have any product questions, please contact our customer service and they will be more than happy to help you :)
