If you would like to arrange for someone else to pick up your order from our warehouse, follow these steps:

1. Lets us know in advance via email about the person who will be collecting your order.
2. Ensure that the individual has a copy of the order collection confirmation email to present at the warehouse.

We will then inform our warehouse staff, so everything goes smoothly when your designated collector arrives to pick up the order.
