If you need to update the shipping address for your order, it's essential to do so promptly:

1. Contact our customer service immediately with the new address details. [email protected]
2. Make sure to include any important information such as Unit or PO Box numbers, postal codes or business names.

We will update the address on your order as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Once your order is on its way, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address, but we might be able to redirect it for an additional cost. 

Please note: Our same day dispatch cutoff is at 12pm AEDT/AEST (Melbourne, VIC time).
