My order was delivered but I can't find it - what to do next?Updated 7 months ago

We're sorry to hear that your order was marked as 'Delivered,' but you haven't received it, you didn't sign for it, or you can't find it.

In the event that this occurs, here's what you can do:

1. Check your order confirmation to ensure you've provided the correct address.

2. If the parcel was left unattended, check with people in your household or neighbours to see if they've seen it (you can show them the image attached below).

3. Contact us immediately so we can open an investigation into this parcel.

4. Provide any additional information requested by our team to assist in resolving the matter.

5. We will then check with the delivery service and request proof of delivery.

Please note that the investigation may take up to a week. If you're in a hurry, we highly recommend placing a new order through our website.

Additionally, please be aware that we send orders requiring a signature, and orders or items requested to be 'left in a safe place' by the receiver will not be replaced by us if they are stolen or tampered with.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
