What should I do if my order is missing items?Updated 7 months ago
We're sorry to hear about any missing items in your order. In the event that this occurs, here's what you can do:
- Check the packaging to ensure nothing was overlooked and the box arrived intact. Please note that sometimes we wrap items in the hex wrap or craft paper (especially socks and hats.)
- Contact us immediately, detailing which items are missing and who packed your order (their name will be in the card that has a note.)
- Attach photos of what you received along with any packing note provided.
- Provide any additional information requested by our team to assist in resolving the matter.
- We will then check our scanning system and warehouse cameras if needed.
We will investigate the issue and work rapidly to provide you with the missing items or arrange for a refund/store credit, depending on your preference and the availability of the products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If we find that the product was scanned and packed inside your parcel (via warehouse camera), we unfortunately won't be able to cover the item.
Please note that we send orders requiring a signature, and orders or items requested to be 'left in a safe place' by the receiver will not be replaced by us if they are stolen or tampered with.
