You can track your order here when you sign onto your account with the email you used for your order 📦

📱 We also highly recommend downloading AusPost Tracking App so you'll get a notifications when all your online orders are arriving. AusPost doesn't leave cards in mailboxes anymore.

Please note that Standard eParcel post might take anywhere between 3-9 business days, especially when AusPost is experiencing higher volume, during peak seasons and depending on the remoteness of the area where you live. Check your postcode delivery estimates here. 

🆘 If you think your parcel tracking hasn't moved, it comes up as 'pending' or you think it's lost, please do the following:

1. Contact us
2. If you're in a rush to get the goods, you might want to place a replacement order and choose express
3. We will contact AusPost and open a case for you
4. Once the lost/delayed parcel is returned to us, we will issue you a refund or store credit

👉 If you choose not to order a replacement parcel, unfortunately there is really nothing else we can do while the delayed or lost parcel is found and AusPost has informed us with the outcome. Please note that we don't sent out replacement parcels for free. You can read our shipping policy here.
